Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how refunds are handled for everything Focus20 Labs sells:

  • Corporate training engagements, including Claude and Claude Code programmes
  • Consulting and implementation engagements
  • Software subscriptions — Restro20, Cafe20 and ReEngage20
  • One-off digital purchases made through this website

Where a signed engagement agreement or product subscription agreement sets different terms, that agreement takes precedence over this page.

2. Corporate training engagements

We do not publish fixed cancellation tiers for training, because engagements differ in size, notice period and how much preparation has already been done on your behalf. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the engagement agreement you sign, and requests are assessed case by case against it.

If you need to cancel or move a scheduled programme, contact us as early as you can. Notice period is the single biggest factor in what we are able to offer, because delivery capacity is reserved for your dates.

3. Consulting and implementation engagements

Consulting and implementation work is billed against milestones agreed in writing before the engagement starts.

  • Fees for a milestone that has been delivered and accepted are non-refundable.
  • Milestones not yet started at the point of termination are not billed.
  • Work in progress on an unfinished milestone is settled per your engagement agreement.

4. Software subscriptions

Restro20, Cafe20 and ReEngage20 are licensed platforms. Cancellation, billing periods and any refund entitlement are governed by the subscription agreement presented at sign-up for that product. Cancelling a subscription stops future billing; it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current period.

5. One-off digital purchases

Where a digital item is sold directly through this website, the refund terms shown at the point of purchase apply to that item.

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@focus20labs.com with:

  • The engagement, product or order the request relates to
  • The date of purchase or the scheduled delivery dates
  • What you are asking for, and why

We will acknowledge your request and come back with a decision and the reasoning behind it. Where a refund is agreed, it is returned by the original payment method.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where mandatory statutory rights apply to your purchase — including consumer rights under the law of your country of residence — those rights apply in addition to this policy and take precedence where they conflict with it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force for a purchase is the one published on the date that purchase was made, and the date above shows when this page was last changed.
