Refund Policy

1. Discovery and consulting sessions

Booked paid consulting sessions can be rescheduled with prior notice. Completed sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Project-based work

For milestone projects, invoices already raised for accepted work are non-refundable. Any exceptions depend on the signed statement of work.

3. Subscription or support retainers

Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the active billing cycle unless explicitly specified in your contract.

4. Cancellation requests

To request cancellation or discuss billing matters, contact hello@focus20labs.com.

5. Processing timeline

If a refund is approved, it is processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect.
