Senior AI Engineer
Design and ship production Claude agents, internal assistants and RAG systems for enterprise clients — with the guardrails, evaluations and observability that let them run without a human watching. You will work daily in Claude Code, build MCP integrations into client systems, and own the escalation design that decides when an agent hands back to a person. Strong Python, and a preference for shipping over prototyping.
Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Own the relationship with our enterprise accounts from the audit through to handover. You will hold the implementation timeline, run the business reviews, and be the person who can say honestly whether a deployed workflow is returning what the ROI estimate promised. Background in B2B SaaS or professional services, and the willingness to deliver bad news early.
Technical Content Writer
Write about Claude adoption for people deciding whether to fund it. You will author the playbooks, insight pieces and case studies that explain what we actually built, what it cost and where it fell short — plainly, without the vocabulary this industry usually reaches for. A working understanding of LLMs, agents and enterprise integration is expected.
Full Stack Engineer
Build the interfaces on top of our product line — Restro20, Cafe20 and ReEngage20 — plus the dashboards and analytics our delivery teams and clients work in every day. React, Node.js and confident modern CSS, on products that real operators use during a service rush rather than in a demo.
