Claude for the enterprise — from first training to production workflows

Focus20 Labs helps organizations train teams, discover high-value AI workflows, and implement Claude-powered systems in production. Training is where we start, not where we stop.

Who this is for

Written for the people who own the outcome

Claude adoption stalls in the gap between a licence purchase and a changed workflow. These are the roles that usually have to close it.

Executive and technology leadership

  • CEO / COO — needs adoption tied to business outcomes, not seat counts.
  • CTO / CIO — needs governance, security posture and an architecture that survives audit.
  • Head of Engineering — needs a consistent standard rather than forty individual habits.

The people who run the change

  • Engineering managers — need their teams productive without lowering the review bar.
  • HR and L&D leadership — need role-appropriate enablement that is measurable and repeatable.
  • Transformation and operations leads — need to know which workflows are worth rebuilding first.

The business problem

Licences went up. Nothing else moved.

The common pattern in organizations that have already bought Claude: enthusiastic individual usage, no shared standard, no visibility into where it helps, and no path from a good demo to something that runs unattended in production.

What it looks like from the inside

  • Everyone has their own prompts; nobody shares them
  • Engineering usage varies team by team with no agreed review standard
  • Business teams are unsure what they are allowed to put into a model
  • Pilots impress in a demo and never reach production
  • Leadership cannot answer "what did this change?"

What has to be true instead

  • Role-appropriate capability, not one course for everyone
  • A written safe-use standard people can actually follow
  • Evidence of how the work runs, gathered after training
  • A ranked portfolio of workflows worth building
  • At least one workflow live, with guardrails and a runbook

The practice

Four engagements, one progression

Each has its own page, its own scope and its own outcome. You can stop after any of them.

Delivery model

How the work actually reaches your teams

Delivery runs from India and Germany across global time zones. Format follows the audience — an executive briefing and a developer bootcamp are not the same event.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

    Roles, maturity, systems, constraints.

  2. 02

    Curriculum design

Built against your workflows, not a stock syllabus.

  3. 03

    Delivery

On-site or remote, cohort by role.

  4. 04

    Observation window

We watch what changes once people are back at work.

  5. 05

    Build and handover

Workflows in production with a runbook.

Expected outcomes

What you should be able to point at afterwards

Deliverables, not promises. We do not guarantee productivity numbers, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does.

After enablement

Capability you can audit

  • Role-based curricula
  • Internal playbooks
  • Prompt libraries
  • Safe-use standard

Teams that know what to use Claude for, and what not to.

After adoption and implementation

Systems you can operate

  • Ranked workflow portfolio
  • Production workflows
  • Guardrails and escalation
  • Runbook and handover
  • Adoption measurement

Workflows running in production that your own team can maintain.

Before and after

What onboarding with us changes

The same question at the organizational level: what is different once a Focus20 engagement has run, and how would you check? Including the three an executive is asked about first — cost, data, and evidence.

  1. Leadership

    Before

Adoption is reported as licence counts and anecdotes about enthusiasm.

    After

Adoption is reported as workflows changed, with the measurement agreed up front.

  2. Teams

    Before

Individual experimentation — uneven, undocumented, and lost when someone leaves.

    After

Role playbooks and a shared standard that new people inherit on arrival.

  3. Engineering

    Before

Claude Code used privately, per engineer, with no shared conventions.

    After

One AI-native engineering workflow committed to the repository.

  4. Risk and security

    Before

No agreed line on what may be sent to a model, decided case by case.

    After

A written safe-use standard your own security team signed off before delivery.

  5. The business

    Before

Pilots that impress in a demo and never reach production.

    After

Workflows running in production with guardrails, observability and a runbook.

  6. Token economics

    Before

AI spend is a single invoice with no attribution. It cannot be defended in a budget review or compared against the workflow it supports.

    After

Spend attributed per workflow, so each one carries unit economics you can put in a business case — or use to kill it.

  7. Data handling

    Before

AI data policy is inferred from existing policy and interpreted differently by each team that reads it.

    After

An explicit position on what may be sent, retained and logged, signed off by your security team before any delivery begins.

  8. Measurement

    Before

No baseline exists, so any change is arguable after the fact and every review turns into a debate about attribution.

    After

A baseline captured before delivery on the workflows you nominated, re-measured after. The method is agreed with you, not chosen by us.

Before you ask

Enterprise Claude, answered plainly

Do we have to start with training?

No, but most organizations should. Discovery is far more accurate once people have actually used Claude on their own work for a few weeks — before that, you are ranking workflows based on what teams imagine the tool can do. If your teams are already fluent, you can start at adoption consulting instead.

Are you a training company or a consultancy?

An engineering consultancy that treats training as the entry point. The same people who run the workshops go on to scope and build the workflows, which is why the curriculum targets your systems rather than a generic syllabus.

What is your relationship with Anthropic?

Focus20 Labs is an official member of the Claude Partner Network, and our Claude Code partner badge is verifiable on Credly. That is the extent of the claim — we are not reselling on Anthropic's behalf and we do not speak for them.

Can you work with our security and procurement constraints?

Yes. Data handling, deployment model and what may be sent to a model are decided with your security team before delivery, and the safe-use standard we write is the one your organization signs off on. Enterprise architecture and integration work is a service in its own right if the foundations need attention first.

Where do you deliver?

India and Germany are our delivery bases, and we work with distributed teams across global time zones. On-site and remote formats are both normal; large programmes are usually a mix.
