Most teams pay list price for software that was available cheaper, because the discount lived on a partner page, a referral link or a startup programme nobody on the team knew about.
We see it in almost every engagement. A company adds a tool, then another, and by the time anyone looks at the stack as a whole there are a dozen subscriptions on full price. Some of those vendors ran a free trial longer than the one taken. Some offered credits to early-stage companies. Some had a referral offer that would have taken a meaningful slice off the first year. The information existed. It was just scattered across vendor pages, forums and coupon sites of uneven honesty.
So we built GrabSaaS: one place to look up a SaaS product before you subscribe, and see every offer we know of for it.
What is in the catalog
Each product page lists the offers recorded for it: discounts, coupons, referral offers, free trials, startup credits and affiliate programs. Those are kept as separate types on purpose. A coupon, a referral offer and a startup credit have different eligibility rules, and collapsing them all into "deal" is how people end up at checkout with a code they were never eligible for.
The launch catalog covers tools teams commonly evaluate — Apollo, Canva, Framer and Clay among them — and it grows as we add products.
How it differs from a coupon site
Every offer carries its source and a date
An offer is recorded with where it came from and when it was last checked. If you want to confirm it, you know where to look.
"Verified" means someone checked it
An offer is marked verified only when someone has checked it against the vendor’s own source. Offers that have not been checked yet are still published — labelled unverified, rather than hidden or quietly presented as confirmed. At launch, most offers carry that unverified label, and it comes off one offer at a time as each is checked.
No mirrored prices, no invented ratings
GrabSaaS describes a discount as a percentage, a fixed amount or a credit, and sends you to the vendor for the current price, because copied prices go stale. It publishes no ratings or reviews. Offers past their expiry date are removed from the live listings.
How it is funded
GrabSaaS is free to use and never charges visitors. Some outbound links earn a commission. That never changes what you pay, and never changes which offers are listed or how they are ordered.
Also useful for anyone running an affiliate program
Alongside discounts, GrabSaaS lists SaaS affiliate programs with the network they run on, the commission, the cookie duration and the approval requirements — the details people otherwise collect one sign-up page at a time.
Why a consultancy built this
Focus20 Labs builds products alongside its consulting work — Restro20, Cafe20 and ReEngage20 before this — and GrabSaaS comes from the same habit: fix the recurring problem we keep seeing in client work, then make the fix available to everyone. Focus20 Labs operates GrabSaaS and is responsible for what it publishes.
If you are about to subscribe to something, look it up first. If you know of an offer we are missing, or spot one that has changed, tell us — that is how the unverified labels come off.
