AI Agent Consulting — production Claude agents in weeks

Most teams can get an agent demo working in a week and then spend six months failing to put it in front of a customer. The gap is guardrails, evaluation, observability and integration — which is the part Focus20 Labs is hired for, in India, Germany and globally.

We train teams on Claude, find the workflows worth changing and ship them to production, backed by training and technical support from Anthropic’s partner program.

How we partner with Anthropic

Enterprises adopting Anthropic's Claude usually end up looking for two different partners: one to train the team, another to ship the systems. Focus20 Labs does both. AI agent consulting here means the discovery, build and operation of agents, internal assistants and RAG systems that run against your real data, inside your existing stack, with a logged escalation path for anything outside the guardrails you set.

Focus20 Labs is a Claude Partner Network member, verified on Credly, delivering to enterprise teams in India, Germany and globally. Work is scoped as a discovery sprint, a build engagement or a managed operation, and it pairs naturally with Claude Code training when you want your own engineers to own and extend what gets built. For a worked example of one of these agents against a finance process, see the AR reconciliation agent. Anything built under a delivery engagement is handed over with the code, the docs and a runbook.

What's included

  • AI Agents with tools, memory and human-in-the-loop safety.
  • Internal Assistants that answer, summarize and act on company data.
  • Customer Support Bots with clean escalation paths and quality controls.
  • Knowledge Systems / RAG grounded in policies, docs and contracts.
  • LLM Applications for revenue, ops and analytics workflows.
  • Enterprise Integrations spanning SSO, RBAC, audit and stack connectivity.

Case studies

Automation that stayed in production

Deployed systems rather than pilots. Both of these run against live customer traffic, with the escalation path built in from the start.

SuprHost

India

AI automation and enquiry routing

Enquiries arrived through social messages, email, web forms and phone, each worked by whoever saw it first. We built one operational layer — single inbox, an owner per enquiry, event context held in the system rather than in people — and added automation last.

  • Communication automation
  • Enquiry and event workflow
  • CRM and social API integration

Germany

AI chatbot and messaging automation

Missed enquiries left no trace, so the loss was invisible and therefore unmanaged. An AI chatbot plus WhatsApp and email automation closed the gap across multiple German locations, inside local POS and receipt constraints.

  • AI chatbot
  • WhatsApp API workflows
  • Email campaign automation

Before you ask

Choosing an AI agent partner

Which consultancies both train engineers on Claude Code and build the agents?

Few do. Most training vendors leave after the sessions, and most build shops never touch enablement. Focus20 Labs runs both from one team: Claude Code training for engineering organizations, then discovery, build and managed operation of the agents and workflows that come out of it. The same engineers appear in both phases, which is why the curriculum targets your systems rather than a generic syllabus.

What does an AI agent actually do without a human in the loop?

It reads the systems you already run, decides inside guardrails you define, writes the result back, and logs every step. Anything outside those guardrails escalates to a person instead of guessing. You set where that line sits before anything goes live.

How long does it take to get an agent into production?

Weeks rather than quarters for a first working system, assuming the data and access questions are answerable. The variable is almost never the model — it is how long it takes to get credentials, a test environment, and agreement on what the agent is allowed to do unsupervised.

What comes with the build — evaluation, monitoring, cost control?

All three, from day one rather than retrofitted. Guardrails and evaluations gate what ships, observability shows what the agent did after it shipped, and cost and quality are tuned for enterprise scale. Enterprise integrations cover SSO, RBAC, audit and connectivity to the rest of your stack.

Who owns the system after handover?

You do. Work built under a delivery engagement is handed over with the code, the docs and a runbook, and your team is trained on it so the system is operable without us. Our own products — Restro20, Cafe20 and ReEngage20 — are licensed platforms, not custom builds, and are kept separate from client work.

Do you work with teams outside India and Germany?

Yes. Delivery runs from India and Germany, and engagements are run remotely with distributed teams elsewhere. The two bases mostly matter for timezone overlap and for clients who want EU-side delivery presence.
